This policy applies to all domestic orders within the United Kingdom. By placing an order with Kingsley Peptides, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated delivery time of 1 business day.

Orders below £90: Shipping cost is £4.95
Orders £90 and above: Free shipping

Order Handling & Cut‑Off Times

Orders are processed the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM (GMT) (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Possible Shipping Delays

Although we aim for fast and reliable delivery, certain factors may cause delays that are outside our control, including:

Severe weather
Holiday periods
Royal Mail operational delays

Important: Kingsley Peptides cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If this email does not arrive immediately, your order is still scheduled to arrive within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom or pre‑ordered items cannot be exchanged for alternative products.

Item Not Received

If your tracking information shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it:

Contact Royal Mail to confirm the delivery location
Check with neighbours or building management
If still unresolved, contact us through our Contact Us page

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the parcel.
